1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions:
“We”, “Us” and “Our” means SPVR Arcade Limited whose address for service is Unit 12 Hatton Walk, Palace Exchange, Enfield EN2 6bp;
“You” and “Your” means the person (including any individual, partnership, incorporated association or unincorporated association) who makes the booking on behalf of the people, party or entity/organisation to whom we agree to provide the Service;
“Event Contract” means any contract between You and Us for the Service, incorporating these Terms and Conditions;
“Contract Price” means the total price that You will pay us for the Services
“Event Date” means the date(s) for which You wish to book the Service;
“the Service” means the activity function, occasion, arrangement, facility or such other service or any of them as organised by Us and as specified by Us on our booking form;
“Agent” means any representative of Us or any independent contractor engaged by Us to provide the Service or a part thereof or any equipment used in the Service.
“The Client” means the person (including any individual, partnership, incorporated association or unincorporated association) to whom we agree to provide the Service when such persons are not the contracting party.
THE SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES
a) We shall provide the Service to You in accordance with these terms and conditions. No Contract exists between You and SPVR Arcade Limited for the provision of the Service until We have received payment.
b) Until We receive a Booking Deposit in cleared funds We shall be free to offer the Event Date to other interested parties.
c) We may at any time without notifying You make any changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other requirements or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Service.
d) You will provide Us with sufficient and accurate information in sufficient time in order to enable Us to book and provide the Service in accordance with the Event Contract. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

SPVR Arcade Booking Policy
1. Finality of Bookings
Upon confirmation, all bookings made at SPVR Arcade are considered final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except under the conditions outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for bookings are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.
3. Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings are non-transferable to another date, time, or individual unless the customer provides more than 72 hours’ notice (see below for details).
4. Gift Card Issuance with 15 days Notice
If a customer gives more than 15 days notice prior to their scheduled booking time, they may request a SPVR Arcade gift card equivalent to the value of their original booking. This gift card can be used for future bookings or other services at SPVR Arcade.
No gift card or alternative arrangement will be offered for cancellations or changes requested with less than 15 days notice.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that SPVR Arcade experiences technical issues or disruptions that impact your scheduled booking, we may, at our sole discretion, offer rescheduling or a gift card. However, this does not guarantee or obligate us to provide any form of refund or alternative compensation.
By making a booking with SPVR Arcade, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Virtual Reality Party Policy – SPVR Arcade
At SPVR Arcade, we strive to offer a fun and safe environment for all VR parties. To ensure smooth operations and the best experience for all, please adhere to the following party booking policies:
1. Booking and Deposit
Full payment must be made at the time of booking, of which 50% is non-refundable.
If a deposit arrangement is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your VR party slot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the full payment is made at the time of booking and there is a reduction in the number of participants or a cancellation with less than 21 days’ notice, no monetary or other form of compensation will be provided.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed if you provide at least 21 days’ notice prior to the scheduled party date.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 21 days’ notice will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
All rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Final Payment
If the balance is not paid in full at the time of booking, the remaining amount must be settled no later than 14 days before the party date.
Failure to pay the full amount within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking, with the non-refundable deposit forfeited.
4. Party Duration and Capacity
Parties are booked for a maximum duration of 1 hour and 50 minutes.
The number of guests (including both children and adults) must not exceed the agreed capacity at the time of booking.
5. Arrival and Setup
Overstaying beyond the party’s allocated time may result in additional charges.
6. Food and Refreshments
Food options included in party packages must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance, along with any dietary restrictions.
No outside food or drinks are permitted unless previously agreed upon with the management.
7. Damages and Responsibility
Any damages to equipment or the facility caused by reckless or irresponsible behaviour may result in additional charges to the booking party.
8. Late Bookings and Cancellations
For bookings made with less than 15 days’ notice, no cancellations or reductions in the number of guests can be made. The full amount must be paid, and the number of guests is fixed at the time of booking.
9. Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum of 6 participants is required for all bookings. The number of participants cannot fall below this threshold.
10. Finality of Booking
Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered final. No changes, including cancellations or reductions in guest numbers, will be accepted after confirmation.
This policy ensures a smooth and seamless experience for all parties at SPVR Arcade, while providing clarity and fairness in managing bookings.
SOFT PLAY
1. Booking Policy
All bookings for soft play, bubble tent, and bouncy castle experiences are final upon confirmation.
Payments are non-refundable, and bookings cannot be transferred to another date or time under any circumstances.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
No refunds or adjustments will be provided for cancellations or changes in attendance.
3. Duration and Timing
Each booking includes a set duration, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to arrive on time, as the allocated session will not be extended for late arrivals.
4. Health and Safety
Children using the soft play, bubble tent, or bouncy castle must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Our staff will monitor safety rules, but SPVR Arcade LTD is not responsible for injuries that result from improper use or lack of supervision.
5. Weather Conditions
In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., for the bubble tent or bouncy castle), sessions will still proceed unless deemed unsafe by SPVR Arcade staff.
As all bookings are final, no rescheduling or refunds will be offered due to weather disruptions.
6. Damages and Responsibility
Any damages to equipment or the venue caused by negligent behaviour during the session will be charged to the booking party to cover repair or replacement costs.
7. Agreement
By making a booking for any soft play, bubble tent, or bouncy castle activity, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks (14 days) before the party date.

11. A minimum of 10 participants is required for all bookings. The number of participants cannot fall below this threshold.

12. If hot meals are required as an alternative to standard options, this must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event date.
